I performed at China White in London on Wednesday this week! I’ve got quite a lot of friends who have played there in the past so was quite excited i’d get my chance to finally! It’s a great venue!
Check out the live videos below, and comment underneath letting me know what you thought of the performances!
Enjoy! xxx
This week i went to Cambridge to do an interview and live acoustic session on Cambridge 105 radio station…
The pressure was on as, having only played guitar for the last 18 months, this was my first live opportunity to play! Nerve racking!!! :/
Have to say though i thought it went quite well, and i will be posting the interview and a video of my live acoustic versions of You Keep Me Hanging On and No Woman Should Cry very soon!!!
So stay tuned and let me know what you think!!
Big thank you to Tim Willett and the team at Cambridge 105 for having me! x
I wanted to write a really sexy track, with a ‘you can do anything’ message to it… I love writing inspirational music, powerful lyrics that make someone listen and then think ‘I can conquer the world’ They’re the kind of tracks i like listening to most, so to install that feeling into a lot of my music is very important to me. But i wanted to be a bit cheeky and sexy with the lyrics too for a change… What we came out with was Go! When we were writing the track i was imagining driving down a long highway somewhere hot and very scenic in a convertible with the roof down, feeling free as a bird, not knowing where the hell you’re going but loving it. With someone fit in the passenger seat obviously! Ha! The song is like a little fantasy for me that hopefully everyone can relate to in their own interpretations…
